‘Second time Ive used Bloom this year. First was for an emergency French drain. This time was for a patio/hard scraping. In both cases work started and finished on schedule (What? No, really!) price was competitive, crew was great, clean up was complete and both my wife and I were impressed with final product. The owner, Jose, does the estimation and visits periodically during work. Nice to have the boss on site. Roy was our hands-on site lead for both jobs: knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. Highly recommend this company.

Being in the residential property management field for as long as | have, | have dealt with many landscaping companies and am very pleased with Bloom Lawn and Landscaping. Bloom has now been doing landscaping for ‘one of my properties for over 2 years and what a difference they have made. | personally respect that the owner himself takes a very hands on approach and is available anytime | have reached out to him. When there is an issue or any concerns, they are addressed once brought to their attention. | am very pleased with the overall curb appeal they have brought and maintain for the Jamestown Apartments.

Excellent services, my wife hired when we lived in the area (we moved from Yorktown back to California) we were selling a house and hired Bloom to do a quick cleanup, pruning, mulch, removing some shurbs, they made some recommedations and we installed outdoor lights, we were able to sell the house fast and we have to thank Bloom as they made the place look so nice in pictures, that we then used for the listing, recommend to my agent and anyone selling their house who needs to have a fresh look for their home.

Jose came right out to review my property. | was having some bushes pulled out, yard graded, deck removed and new patio installed. | was invited out to the Bloom yard to look at pavers and Roy helped me with design. They were able to schedule the job quickly - showed up on the day of install and were there several days completing the project. The team was hard working. After completion, | had a few things for them to come back and take care of - which they did immediately. | could not be happier with my new patio and other areas they worked on.

Their work was fantastic! | had 2 french drains installed, including a large one around my swimming pool. In my case, | had an urgent need to get the job down quickly and both Erica and Jose were understanding and found a way to juggle their schedule to get it done. ‘Bloom Landscaping recently installed a 26x16 foot patio using old pavers | hhad from another project. After the installation you can not tell that these pavers are over 10 years old. The patio is gorgeous and the work is top notched.

Bloom did a amazing job on my small walkway. Ed and his staff met and exceeded my expatiation. It was not a big job and I called 4 companies and was basically told it was not big enough or they just didn't show up for appointments Ed came and offered a inexpensive fix, | reused some old bricks and Bloom supplied some that matched up and they reworked my walkway. He even brought a Starbucks for me and my boyfriend. Thank You a thousand times.
